Anyway, so i’ve just read the part where Celia loses an eye (oops did I spoil that for you?) I’m. Gutted. I’ve literally fallen in love with her (not in a paedophilic way you judgemental bar stewards!) and then she goes and maims herself… or does she… I guess you have to figure it out for yourselves, or you find out later on in the book, whatever.
Anyway re: Kevin right now,the whole school massacre things are going down and Eva is making paranoid connections with the links, whilst Kevin seems to be becoming more and more withdrawn from his mum (if that’s even possible!) Also, the masterbation part with the butter… what the fuck was that all about?! And Franklin is being a total dickhead. It’s true. I dunno why Eva kisses up to him so much; typical jock. Doesn’t know how lucky he is to have a daughter!

I’m into this book now, totally, when I put it down I wanna know what happens to Celia, and what Eva keeps building herself up to but never revealing to Franklin. Sure it was a little hard going in the build up but now i’m in the final quarter things are really getting interesting!
